In keeping with the long range plan to
develop the land adjacent to Lake View Country Club
into a housing community, the Board of Directors has approved the
conceptual land plan as shown.
The design was developed by LandMark Design Group of Williamsburg,
Virginia. Utilizing the Environmental Study, the Wet Land
Delineation Study and the Marketing
Study, LandMark Design has developed a unique housing community
complementing not only the golf course but also the town of North East.
PA. Plans are moving forward to partner with a developer to make
this plan a reality.
